Dealing with a equinox 2020 that's covered under warranty, multiple complaints radio shutting off/freezing, loud ticking engine noise, car stalling/losing power when make turns, car flutters while driving most times, oil leak on axel which caused a burning smell. Service department ignores you, don't take your concerns serious until you bring in proof from a gm certified dealer. Techs are guessing if they are actually replacing parts. Service reps laugh and play when they aren't being disrespectful or advising you about their personal lives and color of their kids. The sales and general manager lie and act concerned but makes empty promises and then blame your credit because the car they sold you is looking like a lemon that can't be fixed even when you do what you are supposed to do and pay on time. This experience has been the worst. Even the gm customer support don't get back to you, say they are I'll escalate the matters and nothing ever comes of it. Please don't allow any other person to go through what I've experienced at this dealership and with gm period. Please make the owner aware of how his dealership is being ran. They wouldn't even provide the repair orders via email and when I would call they gave me the run around. Every one needs to be trained again especially the management team. Resolution Sought Take customer concerns seriously, look into everything and stop giving excuses or ignoring the people that keep you in business. Stop lying and actually show some concern and keep your word by doing everything in your power. If the lemon car came from your dealership do everything in your power to make it right. Everyone should get on the same page. Tell your employees that no one cares who they are sleeping with and what race their kids are I just needed my car fixed and it's still not.
