I placed an order on a Saturday afternoon. I was misled by "Amazon pay" thinking it would bill my credit card, it billed my debit card instead . I contacted rough country to cancel the order. I was told it was too soon, that I had to wait 30 minutes for the order to "register in the system". I contact them a little over an hour later , and was told that I cannot cancel my order because the order had already shipped. On their website's policy it states all orders made during weekdays ship same day 98 of the time. Nothing about weekends. Basically trapping me into playing the long game for the return on my money Resolution Sought I would like to cancel the order.
