Route 106 Motors willingly sold me a motor vehicle with a engine malfunction which will not pass states inspection and refuses to find a replacement motor vehicle. Route 106 Motors also is refusing to return my original payment of the motor vehicle I purchased from them. Resolution Sought To find a replacement motor vehicle as they alleged they would do.

in response to consumer. we offered money back less mileage and customer refused offer there are approximately 15,000 miles driven sinnce time of sold vehicle which had on it at time of delivery in which the car was sold . we have exhausted all attempts to satisfy customer also offering money back for repair. customer was verbally abusive and threating inside the office , creating a disturbing and uncomfortable situation thank you art, manager for rt 106 motors
