I traded in a KIA sportage with Route 17 Nissan. I am now getting a Bill from KIA stating that I owe $707. They explained to me that KIA paid 1945, and they don't know where that total came from, so it's actually $707 more. They seem to just send a check without speaking anyone at KIA to confirm Amounts? I call nissan and they tell me I said it was 5 months I owed to KIA at the time. KIA says it was 7 months. The Nasty Sales Manager Nick came out very rude and says I was the one that said it's 5 months that I have left and that's what I signed for. So they mean to tell me if I said I have 10 months left they would have just go and send KIA a 10 month payment check??? He hung up on me before I was able to tell him that. He really makes it seem like when this kind of transaction happens that the car dealerships reps don't speak and just send money depending on what the customer says. That's not very smart. So he is Dumb and Rude. I will never deal with Route 17 Nissan again and will recommend anyone to stay away from Route 17 Nissan. Resolution Sought Pay KIA Finance the $707.
