Bad way to run a business. Be upfront so you don't take advantage of your customer.

I was looking to purchase a 2023 Santa Fe used car. I had ask prior to arriving to the dealership what the cist of the car was . I was told the vehicle cost $29990 the tax $1400 , dealer cost was $899 and license and title was $250. That was fair. I drive 350 miles from Virginia.
When we started the paperwork they add $2999 as dealer certification fee.
This was never mentioned when I call.
This was a 10 add on. This was such a rip off I declined the deal.
Bad way to run a business.
