Customer Complaint

Bought a 3rd cosmetic tire, rim and glass 02/2022 protection from dealership. I canceled it dating back to 04/2022. Refund check was sent from 3rd party company back to dealership. I can't get in contact with dealership, no refund sent back to me. It seems impossible to get in contact with anyone at dealership Resolution Sought Contact business and look into matter, enquirer about refund because I'm still making payments towards plan plus interest in car note .

The customer cancelled directly though Nissan so it was missed on our end initially. However, it was taken care of in the beginning of October. Please see attached check 19811. The check went directly to be applied to the customer's account. Since there is a lien the refund will never be returned to the customer only against his loan. He should verify this with TD the check cleared on 10/25/2022 for $1130.00 if I can be of further assistance please contact me at the email.
