I had been looking for a vehicle for sometime…. And I thought I found the vehicle I wanted so I did sign but I was unaware that my payment with the insurance would be 400 for finance and 500 for insurance to high. I explained all of this to the Finance manager I told him I cannot afford a high insurance but still knowing that he let me sign…. Then told me he would help me fine insurance a complete lie. I bought the vehicle back the next day but they pretty much telling me you bought it you are stuck with it. No one has a heart these days I'm disabled and have kidney failure so I'm living on a set income and do dialysis to live. I'm a complete mess I went there 3 times and no one wants to talk to me or deal with me I do not know what to do I feel I got suckered I do not know enough about leases and finance …. And I cannot fine any cheaper insurance on this vehicle. I have been shopping insurance all week and no luck just keeps getting higher. Resolution Sought For this company to take back this vehicle have no problem paying for whatever miles I used would like it to be done ASAP I cannot afford this I'm desperate to at least to talk to the general manager to resolve but I was told he does not want to have anything to do with me and what he is saying it's a done deal. Please someone HELP.
