On January 31, 2022 I, paid $4,861.82 total for a used engine with a six month warranty . After putting the engine in the mechanic Remy found out the engine was no good. Remy notified me that he had to order another engine from a different company, upon receiving the second engine and installing it the mechanic stated again that the engine was no good. After going through this twice with the owner for six weeks or more I just want the money back and the mechanic/owner Remy has not yet giving the total of $4,861.82 back. I been going through this since January 31st and this company still has not fixed the car. (2009 Chevrolet Traverse AWD) Resolution Sought My money back, my refund of: $4,861.82. (Here is a breakdown for the used engine with a six month warranty cost: $2,851.00, the labor cost:$1,500.00, misc cost: $332.00 with a sub total of $4,683.00 plus tax:$178.82 with a total of: $4,861.82.)
