BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY THIS CAGE OR ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS SELLER!! . I am not a " Karen", I rarely, if ever, complain or create drama. But this time I won't  keep my mouth shut. Feeding cup was rusted, corner of a seed tray rusted. Bottom tray was out of shape.  Flimsy cup holders, parts missing. Also, picture they show on Amazon is different from a final assembled product. This is a cheap imitation of what a large-bird cage should be. Once again "you get what you pay for" applies. I don't know what came over me this time, but I didnt even read the reviews, which I always do before shelling out so much money. I am angry at myself for not doing it. My husband, who is a very experienced manufacturing maintenance and operations lead for a global home improvement company said, that he pities anyone trying to to align the parts of this poor excuse for a cage.Have tried to ship back this overpriced piece of garbage, but UPS charges would be over $500 as it needs to be transported to California via freight method. FedEx is even more. Their phone number is out of service, another  HUGE RED FLAG. Found them on BBB, and there are multiple unresolved complaints in the past several years and one as recent as April 2022. I wanted to contact Amazon, but after reading the reviews and how Amazon did not help, I am discouraged from spending my time on contacting them. So many people are out if money and stuck with damaged goods.They need to be shut down!!!! Resolution Sought Pay for return shipping and refund for the damaged cage.

I bought a new cage, came damage. Spent two hours putting it together and even had my pinky stuck in the cage because it's warped, trying to fixed it. I asked for a replacement in the meantime since I have a bird that needed a cage and I would send the bad one once I get it replaced. Done that with Amazon many times. But they refused. I ordered a cage because it was urgent. All I asked was for a replacement in the meantime so my bird won't be without a cage again pooping all over. But they said no, until I sent the damage one. I even took pictures to proof how bad it is and just don't care. After reading their Google reviews, they have more negative reviews than positive ones. It shows how bad of a business this is. Don't buy from them. They will send you damage goods. Resolution Sought Send me a replacement and I'll send the damage one back in the new box. Just so the bird wont find itself again without a cage and I don't have to clean poop again. None of this would have been an issue if they would have make sure this cage was in good condition from the start, and I would not be going through all this stressful situation for what? $58.00 lousy money. Its about principle and good service. I paid for what I urgently needed, not a broken one.
