Royal Caribbean was advertising 30 off spa packages. I had a cruise booked with then and clicked on the promotion at checked out it was not applied. I called customer service and they acknowledged the problem and could see the discounted price, but would not honor it and said they would take my feedback but would not honor the promotional price. I feel like I was falsely advertised to. Resolution Sought I would like to have my spa packaged refunded for false advertising and unfair business practices

They are not honoring the group cruise. They sent me the email confirmations, but the numbers did not coincide with the numbers for the group cruise. I asked to speak to a supervisor. They were going to escalate the call; I was to receive a phone call from a supervisor. No one called me back. As family members starting making reservations for the cruise, we noticed we were not getting the prices originally agreed. Phone calls are recorded, so everything that was originally agreed to they should be able to listen to. We have been dealing with this for over 1month. Conf & Group number given by Representative, Mr. Kenneth G. # J7F9S6. Resolution Sought All I want is for them to honor the original agreement. Listen to the recordings for what they agreed to. I'm requesting this be done in a timely manner.

Damon Group and the Group code number given by the guest are not coming up in our system. In order to properly research the concern and take the necessary action, we require an accurate group number which only consists of numbers and the ship & sail date in question. Additionally, we've been unable to locate a representative by the name of Ken G./Kenneth Green with the Ext. 85121. The guest must supply adequate details to gain the appropriate assistance. Thank you for your time and understanding. *********************************** Unfortunately, the details provided are not sufficient for us to properly locate the voyage and research the guest's concern.
