The smoke alarm was missing, the towel rack was missing, there was visible blood spatter on the walls that looks like they may have tried to clean, because the areas that didn't have the blood stains looked discolored from a pink to a beige. The rooms smelled like smoke, the check in staff had attitudes & looked at us crazy upon check in. The ceiling had what looked like missing paint circles due to water damage from the room above. The walls had deep cracks. When we pulled back the sheets, there were roaches in the bed. The "air conditioner switch" cut on the lights not the AC. There were crack heads out front soliciting. The pool was closed to an unknown reason. There were stains everywhere and it just sucked. They refused to provide partial refund despite the complaints. Resolution Sought Partial refunds for Saturday & Sunday because we checked out the room on Saturday. Friday we never stayed in the room, if we had, we would've canceled right away. We never slept in the beds because there were roaches in the bed. I would give zero stars if I could.
