The advertised special price is 9.99, but at register it's a dollar more.

The advertised special price is 9.99, but at register it's a dollar more. The corner store restaurant ran by these people changes prices every day and it not right, they are in black neighborhoods taking advantage of the poverty area. I want to know if they can change prices to their satisfaction, taking these advantage people of these food stamps
