I started speaking with Mr. Tiger in January 21, 2021. After the below email Tiger contacted me and eventually we agreed that the underpinning or skirting would need to be removed due to the rotten wood and damage caused due to poor ventilation due to there not being enough vents in the skirting. We agreed that it would be replaced by Royal siding. In addition, gutter would be included at no additional cost. I have made several attempts since this to get a date that the repairs would take place. As of today we still have nothing completed. Every time I contact Tiger it's the same story. Someone is coming in a few weeks, or as soon as they get through with another job they will be on the way. This is the worst costumer service ever and any reputable company should be accountable for such actions. I have been more than patient even though the mistake made by Royal siding caused me more than 6000.00 dollars in damage to my house foundation in addition, I have floor issues inside and wall damaged . We paid 30000.00 dollars for siding that we thought was quality as advertised. This was far from the truth... As requested before I wish to speak with the owner of the company Jim Draper. He has yet to call. I currently have stuff scattered all over my yard for months. Nothing completed. My house looks terrible. I have pictures and documentation of everything I have reported. Resolution Sought I want the job completed immediately and professionally or all removed it all and a full refund with damages. I will get a lawyer at this point to professionally resolve this issue. We have been waiting for a resolution for more than a year.
