I have late with my rent. I own my home. It is in my name only. Diane Putt who runs the office. Used my emergency phone numbers and called my 92 year old father who has just lost his wife and told him I needed to play up She called my father on several occasions. She also called my friend who was a emergency contact and told him I was going to be evicted if I didn't pay up. She left me messages saying it wouldn't be good for me if I didn't pay up. She said she would do and call whoever she wanted but she was getting the money out of me. I Am 3 months behind on space rent. I just started working and I will pay it. But under no circumstances did she have a right to contact people on my list, to tell anyone about my late rent or to threaten me. Resolution Sought Train the office help about the laws, I want her to apologize to both people she harrassed and to get some training.

Company states; On behalf of the complainant, Ms. Davidson, who is a tenant at the manufactured home park and real property otherwise known as: Space #151, Jackson Oregon 97530 ("premises"). We are the owners and landlords of the premises. We dispute that landlord violated any applicable law. Ms, Davidson has violated the rental agreement, rules and regulations, and applicable laws including ORS 90.394 and ORS 90.630 b failing to pay rent and late fees for the months. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact our office."
