My wife passed September 28th 2021 the insurance company said that they have to have her hospital record for the past 5 years they got the records from a third party company in February now today they telling me that the date that that they were looking for wasn't nothing there so now they have to start the process all over again this claim has been going on for 6 months they're giving me the runaround Resolution Sought To look into the company I'm hearing a lot of complaints from other customers that they will not pay p.s. I've been waiting 6 months I'm at a loss could you please help me I'm about to get evicted from my residence.
