On 11/11/21 I walked into Royal pawn on 409 Madison ave. Covington Ky. Looking for home protection in the form of a gun. I seen they had an AR-15. I bought the gun plum crazy brand it did not work. I called royal pawn back told them that the gun does not work can i bring it back for a refund. They said no. I asked them for a store credit they said no. I ask is there anything they are willing to do the man who answered the phone told me its my baby now take it to a gunsmith and hung up the phone. I took the gun back home with me. Now i am contacting you for help. Do not know who i can call for help so I am hoping you can maybe get this company to honor the fact they sold me a bad gun and maybe stop them from selling anymore broken guns to innocent people. Resolution Sought I would like this company to refund the 450.00 dollars they charged me for the gun so that i can find a gun that does work. Other than that i do not think i want to take or buy anything from this company ever again. Thank you
