I am 63 years old I was 62 they called me I was looking for a reverse mortgage at my age they said we could help you out. We can give you an equity loan on this so by the time things were done I'm signing a new VA loan I believe for more almost double what I wanted closing cost were $7500 along with other fees I said that they said I would get returned to me I didn't whole thing was a trick and went real quick too quick for me. They were gonna pay off my credit card bills. Instead, they sent me payments to mail off to them. Citibank has not received them three times the company well United mortgage. Whoever they work for had their bank send them out twice now because of this my credit score went from 700 down to 600 and below. This is ridiculous. I'm sick of it I feel like , I want to die I feel I've been tricked. I have no way to get this back no way to deal with it. I might lose my house because of it I do believe that they were in the wrong with a lot of things not telling me perfectly what's done and not answering phone calls anymore I don't like what they're doing to me and I don't like them taking control of me at my age. It is ridiculous cause me and my fiancé of seven years to break up. I'm sick of it. I can barely walk because of my back now my view my credit cards are late and some of them didn't even get canceled out there still charging me. I'm so sick of this I just want them to let it go sign off or get me a lawyer. Please show me where I can get a lawyer and al Resolution Sought A full refund reverse this loan I wanted to reverse mortgage to begin with where there was no payments to be made. My house was paid for now I owe a mortgage on it. They never said anything I signed papers that went quick pushed and then I didn't have a chance to talk to them afterwards they said it was done I had no luck trying to reason with them or anything it's impossible. I'm sick of this I wanted $35,000 loan. It ended up being about 57 so they could take their funds out of it which is not

Poor business practices, they got the money and I got nothing promised to me. There were refi on my mortgage. No one called always too busy to talk to me. Resolution Sought Refund my money.
