Company states: This is a very nice and old man. He brought a device and I showed him how to use it. When he went home he called me and told me smoke came out. He put the oil in the wrong hole. I told him to come back and I will help. He replied that he doesn't have a ride. I told him to take his time and when he has a ride he can bring it in. He didn't get back to me after. I called him back 3 times with no answer from him.
