I order a part for my truck the price was $329.18 for a transmission shifter I paid $75.81 for overnight delivery they shipping policy say if its in stocks they can deliver it within 24 hours and yes it was in stocks I email them 3 times no response. Resolution Sought I want my part I paid for and I want a refund for the shipping

Company states: We've been having computer problems and we were not able to send the customer an email to advise the part she ordered is on backorder. I will call the customer now to advise, and offer other options.

Consumer voiced, the company contacted me as stated in their response. The company told me they would not charge me unless they shipped the order. I was offered other options, but declined. Since the part is on backorder, I placed an order with a different company.
