I called this contractor to come to my house to give a quote for drainage system in the basement of my house. After he gave my husband and I a quote with payment options, he insisted on getting the job with $1200 down payment, he requested us to send the money through Zelle app to a different phone number of the one he has the company registered to because he said his Zelle app was not working. We gave him $1200 but we requested him for a document signed which he gave me, after the payment he didn't come on the day he promised and I have to be calling him, he came to my house 5 days after and he was in my house for 2 hours to remove the floors and than he leave. He comeback 3 days later because I was insisting and calling him, and he was only here for 4 hours. Now he is saying he is not coming back or finish the job and he don't want to return the money. I heard this contractor is doing this to other people, even not paying to their employees. I have to look for another person to finish the job and I have to pay the other person. Please help me. Resolution Sought To please return my money
