On 10/06/2021 I bought a 2012 Hyundai Accent paid in full from rpm auto center. I left there with 30 day tags on the vehicle (it broke down 4 days later) 11/03/2021. I started calling them to let them know I never received my title in the mail and my tags where going to expire and I needed something done! The car lot stated they accidentally mailed the title to my old address to come in and they would transfer my tags from my old vehicle to my new one and re order me a new title! I went in on 11/5/21, never got the title in December January February (car broke down again in January) and as these months are going by I kept reaching out, then in March the car broke down again THIS TIME I call DMV and ask about my title they informed me the tags where still registered to my OLD vehicle the new one I bought was NOT in my name and they opened a investigation in the mean time because I have no car go to the courts and file a civil suit (currently on going) It's broke down un-drivable and illegal for me to drive anyways?!? Resolution Sought Give a refund and return the vehicle.
