I bought a car in November with a 6 month warranty and right at 6 months the control arm was broke, I still have the thick metal piece that was split in half and if I was driving on the freeway when it went out it would have killed me. I called RPM and let them know what had happened and they said that they did a complete inspection well the guy T les schwab said it was no way that that piece had just broke so RPM said to send them the paperwork and they would see what they could do so I emailed them the paperwork plus a picture of the part and never got a response so I called and they didn't answer so I left a message and it has been weeks and they have just totally ignored me Resolution Sought Give me a refund on what it cost to get it fixed

Customer understands that they are buying a used vehicle. Customer also understands that this vehicle is an AS-IS vehicle, meaning that at any moment, this vehicle might have existing problems and possible near future problems. Customer agrees that seller will not be held responsible for any mechanical problems which may arise following the purchase of the vehicle. Therefore, customer understands that they have full right to get vehicle inspected at any shop, if desired. Customer fully understands that by reading and understanding this document, they understand the policy. Also, customer understands we do not buy back cars and offer no refunds of any kinds. If you do not wish to proceed, DO NOT BUY THIS VEHICLE.

I was told there was a full inspection and that nothing was wrong with the car at the point of purchase and was given a six month warranty which they did not honor

Company states; We, RPM Automotive, did an inspection on the car, but the customer is highly encouraged to do their own inspection as well. We allow the customer to take the vehicle, prior to purchase, to any mechanic shop they desire to do their own expectation as well. The customer purchased a 3-month limited warranty, at no cost to her. The customer had purchased the vehicle late 2022 and started to encounter issues more than 6 months after purchase. The customer, per the agreement, signed off on the acknowledgement that the customer is buying a used vehicle and it is an AS-IS vehicle.
