I am writing to seek your assistance in a matter of significant concern related to a land purchase transaction with RTRO Land, Inc via BillyLand.com website. I am currently facing a distressing situation and hope that your organization can help me find a fair resolution. In early February 2022, I visited BillyLand.com and discovered a piece of land located at 36 Pisgah Way, Lot 10, in Hot Springs, NC. Although the price of the property was more than 50 compared to the county's assessed land value and sold properties in the same community, I believed that "you get what you pay for" and that the land was fully vetted and free of any serious issues and flaws. As, as I was more than Intrigued by the property and its potential for my daughter and me, who were planning to relocate to that area in the future, I engaged with Amy Prestitto from BillyLand.com over the phone on or about February 7, 2022. During our conversation, Ms. Prestitto provided information about the property and assured me that all their lands were fully vetted and ready to build. Despite my concerns about bidding on a property without physically inspecting it as I reside 4 states away and not being allowed to do my own due diligence in advance, she reassured me that any issues with the land could be addressed by either choosing another property or obtaining a refund. Encouraged by this assurance, I placed a bid and won the rights to the land on February 7, 2022. Resolution Sought My $7,400 refunded for false advertising and not disclosing the truth.

Purchased lot in Marlboro County SC in 2015 for 12,000.00. Have been making payments to this date. I have over 15,000.00 invested. Tried selling it and no one was interested. Tax accessor's office has property valued 4,300.00, considerably less than the amount of sale to me. There were 8 properties on this road originally bought for 19,800.00. So each property was then purchased for 2,475.00. There is something wrong with this whole scenario. Resolution Sought I would like the loan closed and property put into my name as shown above. Original loan amount was triple the value of the land and I think paying over 15,000.00 for land valued at less than 5,000.00 is enough. I feel I have been taken advantage of and deserve this matter resolved.

Company states; We were able to reach an agreement to resolve complaint. Company lowered the payoff amount, which we paid, and will be issuing a title in my daughter's name, Amy Beth Smith. She is in assisted living and can no longer afford the payments. We appreciate how they worked with us.
