We have spoken with Salah Saad directly. He is now aware that there was never a UCC filed in their name and that he was mistaken.

i am the new owner of imran trucking LLC mc 1463994 and It is essential that any agreements or contracts tied to the application process be clearly communicated and easily understood by all applicants. Ambiguous terms, whether intentional or not, contribute to a lack of trust and can result in potential candidates feeling misled or trapped into obligations they were unaware of when they initially signing up I strongly encourage RTS to reconsider the way it presents its application terms and ensure full transparency in all interactions with potential candidates. This will not only prevent frustration but also promote trust and a more positive relationship with your applicant pool.
