I hired Michael Rudolph to make a Will for me & put inherited money into a "trust" for my bipolar disabled daughter. He wrote in the will that our NJ Family Care Medicaid will not be denied because of assets over $2,000. He poorly advised me because there is no "Trust" & the inheritance is still in my bank under my name. Yes I read the rough draft of the Will but couldn't understand the outlandish vocabulary he used. I'm also still waiting to find out if we lost our Medicaid coverage because of this. Resolution Sought Full refund.
