I have ordered 9 exact necklaces 14 karat gold and at a great price. I have received 4 of the 9 and I have now been accused of suspicious activity. I would first of all like to know what was suspicious? Is bought necklaces and paid for them. I received 4 out the 9 and when I asked why the other were not sent and if I would be refunded or would they be sent later. I was then sent a nasty email stating I would not receive a refund or replacement and for what reason I still have no idea. Your company has now issued a credit for the store of which you have blocked me from using of $171.58 which I did use and I hope to receive the merchandise. To date I have received a credit of $171.58 as a store credit and a credit to Afterpay for 21.45 times 3. So I have so far received in so called refunds $235.93 and I am still owed a credit to Afterpay for $193.02. This is calculated for the 5/ 14 karat gold necklaces with taxes @ $85.79 times 5. This totals $428.95 minus the credit of $171.58 and 21.45 times 3 credited to after pay. So please if you could be so kind to credit the difference to Afterpay of $193.02 I will end this situation and happily NEVER use your site again. Resolution Sought I want my money refunded to the company Afterpay that I used to buy the necklaces that these thieves refuse to send me and accused me of suspicious activity for purchasing their items????

During the month of May, I placed an internet order for multiple items from Rue La La. Order Number 1124331708 total $789.98 . Order Number 1125680834 total $29.99. Order Number 1128300082 total $189.98 . Order Number 1128229207 total $179.96 . Order Number 1121620441 total $287.88 . Order Number 1127208938 total $29.99 (This order was in 2 shipments and I DID receive the first shipment, just missing the second half) . After quite some time I went to look into the tracking as I had not received my package. No tracking was provided as they said internal error. I called Rue La La last week and I was told not to worry that this happens sometimes and the expected delivery date was 6/14 so I should wait until 6/14 . On 6/15 I called and I was told they would investigate and that all of my orders were combined and placed in 1 package. I then received an email this morning stating the package was delivered on 6/6. I have cameras on my property 24/7 and no delivery was made on 6/6. I call customer service again today and they tell me it was delivered 6/5 and gave me a bogus tracking number. I did not receive a package, i have not been refunded, I am now told to file a police report?? This was an internal error, I did not choose to ship FED EX, i was not given a tracking number, I am now left without $1507.78 and all of my items. Resolution Sought I would like a replacement order sent to me or a refund. I prefer the actual items as I was looking forward to them.

We have found that six orders (1124331708 - $789.98; 1125680834 - $29.99; 1128300082 - $189.98; 1121620441 - $287.88; 1128229207 - $179.96; 1127208938 - $79.95) were shipped together in one shipment with FedEx tracking number 515470530548. This shipment was delivered on Saturday, June 5, 2021, at 11:38 am to Bloomfield, NJ 07003 - which is the shipping address on each order. Due to the value of this package, we require that a police report be filed and that a copy of the report is provided to us. The police report can either be mailed or emailed back to us within the next 14 days (physical address and email address are listed below). Please know that if we do not receive a copy of the police report by 07/08/2021 (14 days from today), we will no longer be able to assist with a claim or a refund. (The customer was advised of the need for a police report on 06/16/2021.)

Due to the value of this package, we require that a police report be filed and that a copy of the report is provided to us. We would have been happy to assist Ms. Sheridan with the next steps once a police report was received; however, the time frame to receive the required police report has passed. We should have received the required police report by 7/08/2021 as Business Consumer Alliance and Ms. Sheridan were informed. Since we have not received the required police report to move on to the next step, we are no longer be able to assist with a claim or a refund.
