7/16/2021 I ordered 8 dresses from rue21 online order ID# 0002604556. This order was to be shipped to the Allen Park, MI store for pick up. I received email updates on the orders shipping routinely an was notified that the order was ready for pickup 7/21/2021. As soon as I received email to pickup order; I left work and went to Allen Park store to pick up my order. I immediately noticed the lady at the wrap placing one small package into bag; I said that doesn't look like all my order, I had a big order. She opens the packaging pulls out packaging slip and says that is all I have received for you. I don't argue I took what she gave got home and went through package and compared order on phone and called store next day they denied any other part to order. I immediately called corporate number and was told the 3 missing dresses where at store. I called the store again and the lady who answered denied that any order for me was at the store. I am now frustrated I call the corporate number again I explained I'm tired of going back and forth. My time, gas and good patience has been abused and wasted. I am still without my dresses; I want a Full refund and return. I returned the partial order I was given via FedEx by label I received from Rue21 corporate. I still want my money refunded. This was the MOST HORRIFIC SHOPPING Experience I have encountered. From the time I entered that store; the shady, wierd experience began. I know I can never get back time. Resolution Sought Since I can't expect to ever get ALL of the dresses I ordered for my vacation Refund me all of my money. I cant get back the time I was forced to waste going pick up items that were not there.
