I bought a rug from RugsDoneRight.com JANUARY 2022. I reached out to them March, May AND JULY looking for my rug. Each time they said it's 0n the way or they will contact me w an update- it's SEPTEMBER, and they won't respond and I have NOT received my rug. Resolution Sought Full refund
