Shut them down they are not providing services that are up to standard.

This salon are giving quotes over the phone and not honoring them unless you pay more for a gift card. Look at the reviews one Google. The owner is a con she does horrible work on clients then claims they were never there. The place is filthy. And don't measure up to salon standards.
