I placed an order on Nov 23, 2023 for a pair of boots for a Christmas present. I had not received any shipment details by Dec 3rd. I sent an email an they replied stating I needed to call an verify my card information so I did so on Dec 4, 2023. Was told again within 72 hours I would have shipment details well on December 8th I still hadn't received any information so I called back again an the lady told me that she had to check with distributors to see what was going on an would email me back. Today is Thursday December 14, 2023 still no response no shipment information I called again an was told the exact same thing she would have to get with distributor so I ask to cancel my order an speak to a Supervisor of course they weren't available so I had to leave supervisor Jessica Tucker a voicemail currently waiting for the return call! Sorry excuse for a business as big as they are. I would not recommend anyone to use them!!! Resolution Sought I would like to receive my order by Christmas as I feel they sold something they don't even have on a black Friday sale to pull people into their business!
