Called a locksmith to come fix my car ignition and key on nov.30th, Andrew came out took apart my whole stearing column and removed my ignition..told me to order my own ignition cylinder housing. When it came in he stalled for days, I had a mechanic come install the new cylinder housing and My car was running just needed new key programmed. The locksmith came the nxt day and took it apart stearing column again, then ghetto wired old part back to ignition and then locked up the car system trying to mess with the key. Then left the car ripped apart again and left..said he couldn't fix it. That I shouldn't had the mechanic come... I told him he shouldn't have left the job unfinished. Now my car system is locked up and I have 3 keys that none will work on my car. So now my car is in pieces and system locked up. Resolution Sought Refund my money

The Volkswagen Jetta had electrical issues and caused the programming to not go through. Something that happens quite frequently when something is acting up in the systems electrics. We are more than happy to come help you out and get your car running again. We have reached out multiple times regarding this issue and it’s resolution. Please get back to us at 713-443-9480. We cannot refund money for the work we already did but we can fix your vehicle to get it running again.
