He completed plumbing, sewer pipe replacement, and septic tank pump work at my property, offering a one-year warranty. However, the issue resurfaced after 2.5 months. Despite his assurance to visit, he failed to show up and is unresponsive to calls and messages. I had to seek emergency assistance from another plumbing company and incur additional costs for the same problem. Resolution Sought I want a refund of my money. I have paid him $3,000.
