I referred My Friend to the casino ! My Friend signed up and then lost his id so he never ended up depositing in the 30 day timeframe (because he would not have been able to verify his id to be able to cash out)in which he was supposed to deposit 50$ to acct, I dep 50$ to my acct within 30 days He found his id just last month (5 months after account was opened he deposited 25$ reached out to support to explain the situation and support told him as long as he deposited the remaining 25 dollars within 30 days from his first deposit and I had deposited my 50 then the referral would be honored that was Nov 1st on Nov 23rd he deposited the remainder of funds adding up to his 50$ in deposits and reached out to support which told him they would not honor the referral because it was past the 30 days from opening the account he explained that support told him it would be honored he then spoke to a supervisor also would not honor it even though he had taken a screenshot of the customer service rep chat clearly stating it would be honored (which he sent to me to let me know I was going to get my referral spin($50.00-$500.00) 3 or 4 more times he and both contacted finally someone looked at the screenshot and forwarded to promo team given the convo with the rep said it could take 48 hours for response that was a week ago no spin no email from promo team I reached back out n then they again told me once again it would not be honored because it was over the 30 days from account opening! Resolution Sought I would like you to get them to give me my referral spin as promised by support on November 1st
