Poor customer service!!

I don't usually let other's negativity get to me, however, the behaviour of the general manager at RUSK in East Walnut Hills needs to be addressed. The manager was sitting at the bar within ear shot of guests, including myself, talking about her employees in the most disrespectful and unprofessional way, and clearly been drinking while on the clock, this was verified by several employees. It was not only creating an uncomfortable work environment while I was there, but was clearly a normal routine for her, belittling and harassing her employees in the most toxic manner. I became vocal, sticking up for the waitress who was visibly agitated and unable to defend herself for fear of losing her job, which the manager was openly threatening her with termination. The manager was clearly inebriated and openly hostile towards her staff, and I couldn't sit quietly by. Paige Flanigan is the name of the manager. She was belligerent and rude, literally driving the waitress off of the floor, and ended up telling me to get my "faggot ass out" as well, simply for defending those who were not deserving of such abuse, and whom didn't feel able to defend themselves to their 'superior'. The service industry is toxic in so many ways, but to witness treatment like this from someone who is only there to support their staff is inexcusable, not to mention what was said to me. I am wildly offended, I can't remember a time when I have been more offended, and am still bewildered by the experience.
