Car repairs for my 2006 Caddillac DTS was asked numerous times to bring car for the repairs being that I get my routine oil changes at this location. I trusted that I could bring my car to be serviced so I had it delivered because it has a bad oil leak and I don't want to drive the vehicle till its repaired. I delivered the car November 2nd to be repaired by the Cadillac specialist at the location so I left my information with Stacey at the service desk and asked for a loaner till my vehicle is repaired she said she would call if they get something that they don't have any loaners. Ok so I visited the store thereafter a week after its was delivered and its had not been looked at due to the Cadillac specialist was not available and was sick. So my car has been sitting at this location not being looked at not a phone call to let me know anything. Today I go to check on my car mind you its December 6th a whole month and some days have passed and I'm without a car. Was quoted 3 different prices because of said mistakes by the desk clerk Stacey. She told me she misread 1600 for 2800. Then was quoted 2400 today. I'm so confused and baffled by the way I was treated today and yelled at by Van Bush whom is the said manager over the Service Department. I've done business with this location and I'm not sure why I'm being treated this way and just want my car back ! I was also asked why you spending this much on a old car ,I would not spend that much on a 2006 was said by Stacey! Resolution Sought Please let me get my car with me problems. I don't want them to repair my car or even service my car ever again. Will simply take my business elsewhere!
