Rustic Builders and Remodeling complaints

I hired this company to put down new subflooring which is plywood in my father's bedroom and do a remodel of my bathroom all the way down to the subfloors again kneading the plywood to replaced. I was given a price of $800 $450 for materials and $350 for labor. I paid in full since September 8th and it's still not seen any materials nor any labor done in my house other than they came in late for sheets of plywood in my dad's room Got Paid in Full and have never come back since I repeatedly tried to contact them and I am again continuously giving different dates as to when they're going to come to do the job and they never show up never call nothing I've asked for a refund of my money back numerous amounts of times and I'm told no. At this point I don't know what to do. I'm pretty sure this gentleman has spent my money and now does not have the money to buy the materials that he needs to do my job Resolution Sought Refund the $800 I paid them minus $50 for the 4 sheets of plywood that they did put down in my dad's bedroom + - $100 for the labor cost of that because they were here 1 hour and I think that is more than fair because honestly I should be getting reimbursed to Dean tire mount but I'm willing to give them $100 and $50 for the plywood which is what I was quoted the price would be for the plywood I do not want them to do the job anymore due to the fact of the inconsistency
