We purchased a toy hauler trailer in July of 2020 from the above named company. We began having major issues that could have caused loss of life if we didn't not find in time. We took our trailer to their service department mid April 2021 and were told that the job would be completed in two weeks. 4 1/2 months later we were told it was done. Upon pick up the service manager was unaware that we were picking up our unit and we found that the work was not done. We are thousands of dollars into this on our own dime and the company isn't willing to make it right. We paid for work that was incomplete and they expect more money to finish the original job we asked them to do back in April. This company should not be allowed to operate as they are crooks and don't care about the consumer at all. Resolution Sought We would like our unit fixed entirely and would like for the company to cover all costs and reimburse 4 months of trailer payments as they did not touch our trailer for the first 3 1/2 months that it was in their shop and did not do what they said they would. I would rate the business zero stars if it were an option.
