Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Applied for RV rental on line. According to application you have to give a reliable charge card info for fee and final process is to go through a security process. After sending in photo of self and drivers license the owner of RV should be told by company that you are who you say you and release RV to renter. Instead they kept my money and owner said she did not receive clearance but kept my money. Was in contact the entire time with owner and company RV Share but they said I did not cancel according to policy even though I was trying to rent. Please help.. Resolution Sought I want my money back!!!! For a service I paid for and did not receive.

RV Share rental was completed and owner falsely claimed that a paper shade was damaged with a pinhole. This item was 10 years old and an invoice was submitted for $776 RV Share is an intermediary for owner is not representing renter/me. Resolution Sought I would like business to return $1000 being held as deposit immediately.
