discrimination at its best !!!

I live at one of this company's properties. I have been lied, mistreated and discriminated by their management staff. They always talk about " standard of excellence " but in reality, all they do is double standard ..in order to achieve higher levels you should have a standard! first! even your General manager does not have a standard here at The vista luxury! apartments. We Lived at this apartment complex for the last 23 months, last week for the very first time we paid the rent one day late . ACCORDING TO Late fee fairness act of .. A Landlord cannot charge  LATE FEE until  THE RENT IS at least! 5 days late... And according to same act, A landlord cannot evict a tenant due to late rent payment...Here we are being threatened to be evicted. In the last 23 months, we paid our rent either early or right on time!!! This month for the first time I left the check at home for my cousin to bring it to office and he forgot and brought in the office on the 4th's morning when they open the office and he was not told anything at that time!!! 5 days later on the 9th, yesterday at 7 pm we found a letter attached to our door that says we have to pay 109.50$ late payment fee is 3 days otherwise we will be given an eviction notice!!!! First of all this is against the late fee fairness act and the fee should be 35.00$ not 3 times of that!!! Unless she is charging each day that she did not inform us about the late payment fee!! Like a late late late fee!! It is not a late show!! But it is quite a show played by Alyssa that's for sure!!LAST week when we went office to talk about our renewal offer she said she will do her best! And send us an offer and call us the same day. She did not!!! I guess she likes to do things slow or late!!! The same day when we asked for the specials and new availability posted on your website, she said "the price is wrong" there is a problem with our it team , we will fix those prices" and same day when my friend Clark requested info about the same apartment that is 1009 sqft posted for 2210.. It was confirmed by Julie on the phone!! it is the same price!! This is not only disrespectful it's discrimination!!!! And last Sunday I put an order for maintenance for the toilet and after I saw that it was not done after 7 hours and I went there to ask kindly to fix it, it's emergency!! I was told by Alyssa that "is not emergency!! You do have another toilet to use" "what kind of attitude is that!!?! Is this how you reach to the standard of excellence!!!! Enough is enough from this lady!! these people in the office are not treating us with respect and dignity . If she continues to harass us I will definitely take this case to small claim court. I EMAILED AND INFORMED THE GENERAL MANAGER ABOUT THE ISSUES THAT WE ARE FACING AND AFTER ALMOST 35 HOURS OF WAIT DID NOT HAVE A SATISFACTORY RESPOND !!! 1
