I was told Ryan James & Daniels would help me get refunded for money spent to Leisure Getaways that was fraudulently doing business. If they were un successful I would get a full refund after 6 weeks. It has been 4 months and still nothing. Resolution Sought The amount of my refund should be $2,900.00.

Contacted me via phone to inform me that we could get money back from a credit card transaction I made for termination a timeshare. They claim that the FTC won a settlement that will allow victims of timeshare fraud to recover said monies, and with the estimated 10k plus I would receive they would get me out of my timeshare obligations. In the contract they said I would get refunded fully if I did not get my money. They closed the case, did not give me my refund. And now are ignoring all calls and emails I have sent them. Resolution Sought Refund me my 2899.00 as stipulated in the contract.
