I had got one car from him he said it was good an I got stuck on side the road another car and another new down payment stopped working still had thing in there payment was caught up an he didn't give me another car or my things out my sister was done same way. Resolution Sought To make things right I have lost a job because of him selling me a car that don't work properly I need a good way of going.

My complaint is with Ryder. I purchased a 2014 freightliner Cascadia . This vehicle is not an "as is purchase". It was a used purchase Ryder certified having the highest quality. The vehicle was initially help up for 3 weeks after purchasing. I was told my vehicle was ready 3/31/2021 but didn't arrive until 4/21/21 due to a clutch needing to be replaced. 4/29/2021 my vehicle failed to shift gears. It went back into the Ryder shop in May 6th, 2021 in york Pa needing a clutch replacement, but that was the initial reason why it was held up for three weeks. On May 28th the vehicle would not operated due to a coolant leak. September 13, 2021 coolant leak again. October 1,2021 needed water pump replaced. April 6 2022 starter to be replaced. July 2022 the air compressor hose needed a replacement. Which caused the vehicle to not be in working condition. I was informed by a mechanic that the hose that was installed should not have been on to begin with. Before purchasing my vehicle that was another thing that was worked on at the Ryder shop.Also another mechanic express that these vehicles have wear and tear, but my vehicle has not been installed properly. Which would explain the multiple breakdowns. I lost a dedicated lane worth $332,000 for 1 yr that I was assigned May 2022. As of 7/25/2022 the vehicle is not in working condition, my truck was in the shop at Freightliner quoted $17,000 and it may not be fixed still. I reached out through certified mail to corporate 8/19/22. Resolution Sought I would like Ryder to replace the 2014 Freightliner Cascadia with a Ryder certified quality vehicle. I would like for Ryder to pay for my remaining balance on my finance agreement with Keystone Finance equipment for the truck. And lastly, I would like the business to pay for loss of revenue for my new job that I had in the amount of $332,640.00.
