I purchased, a vehicle from Ryder through a rep named Ryan Macnamara.. it has 30 days no truck and 0 communication. Been given the run around and no one has answers as to why my 30 thousand dollar investment has not made it to me...I have called numerous amounts of times and been on hold for 20-30 mins left messages and no call backs. Resolution Sought I want my truck that I "purchased" or all of my money back..
