Ryder Used Truck Sales complaints

I went to this place to purchase a sprinter van. I test drove sprinter van and put required 10 down on vehicle to take vehicle off market while waiting for financing. I was not excepted for financing, which in return asked for company to return fee which was used only for hold upon approval. I reached out to sales manager Ryan McNamara to ask him to hold refund and I wanted to purchase the vehicle outright with certified check. Sales manager then proceeded to tell me he would have to have title overnighted to him in mail. I reached out again next day to see what was going on with title and got no logical answer. Sales manager then texted me stating title department doesn't have the title. Which in return I asked why are you listing the vehicle on internet for sale if there's no title for vehicle as well as taking people 10 deposit for vehicle you don't have title on hand or can't locate. This Bensalem PA, Ryder is full of excuses but most of all very derogative towards people of color. From the start he made comments about Ryder doesn't pay us enough to start a buisness, to suggestions about I can dispute transaction with my bank to get my money due to me for refund. A lot negativity coming from this place I didn't get help from corporate, no call back when I left message on corporate dispute hotline. As a minority African American man trying to start up a small business I felt and still feel nothing but racially profiled against. And by the way vehicle still 4 sale on web Resolution Sought I would like to find out why corporate doesn't respond after several calls, complaints, and personally I still want that vehicle because I did research and I believe if I have to struggle as I am now with being racially profiled against and getting no results I want to know why I can't purchase vehicle and if they don't have title why are they illegally posting it on website and taking people money.
