Unethical Business

They are not complete scammers. But they are a shady business. They scammed me out of shipping charges, I upgraded my shipping and paid nearly $70.00. They didn't acknowledge it and used standard shipping. Seriously, stealing shipping charges from customers?
I tried contacting them multiple times and they will not respond. I should have known something was fishy with this business when my bank initially denied the charges.

Received Wrong Product, No One Answer Phone

I ordered three items from this site/company and didn't recieve even ONE of the current item. The return address on the package was for a different company other that "bedroomjoys.com" and the packing slip did not included ANY contact information" No business name, no address, no phone number, no email address. Nor did the packing slip include an order number or an invoice number to reference when/if I ever manage to contact them. I found a phone number on the site I ordered from (bedroomjoys.com) but no one answered. I have emailed them at the email address found at their site and I'm still awaiting a response. I'm not optimistic this will be resolved in a satisfactory manner as so far they have already shown themselves to be extremely unreliable and unprofessional.
