I ordered one bag of this coffee just to try it and they started sending it every month. I didn't choose that option. They don't have a phone number to call for customer service and they don't respond to emails, which is the only way to contact them. Please help. Resolution Sought Stop sending the coffee.

However, your email wasn't accepting it for some reason. We're happy to share the error message we received after repeated attempts to send the email reply. We also texted you without any reply back. However, we do send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information included as son as the package is shipped. Perhaps your email address was not receiving that message either?
