On July 27, 2023 I ordered a Catalyst converter brand new so I thought . I was having problem with it so I took it back to S&S motors then they re-ordered me another one September 19 of 2023 . w Supposedly to be brand new but it's still not working properly today is September 26, 2023. I took my car back down there last Friday And asked him what is the problem only to find out they ordered refurbished parts that I did not pay for or sign up for. I pay for a brand new part but instead I got a refurbished part . Resolution Sought Refund 632.00
