He talked to wife about it and I now went to store to buy two single 16 oz cans of Mickey with mildew on cans for one dollar each with no crv or tax on those items. So I buy a plastic bag for ten cents and she said I had to bag and I replied, I'm a customer I shouldn't have to bag. She gave me my money back and said WinCo doesn't bag we don't have to bag for everybody. You can't make your own sales tax and sell single 16 oz cans Mickey with mildew on cans and cigars say 99 cents on package from factory you can't cover up the price from factory and put your own prices. Refresh them about the laws.
