We ordered Saab parts online with this dealership a hood and a bumper we paid all together 1265.00 that included the shipping we even helped this man save 400 in shipping cost to have it sent to our friends business instead of our residence. The bumper unfortunately is junk we cant use it at all we contacted Barry Methat, but he wont make it right with us or come to a desirable middle ground we took the hood to get painted and we found out it had hail damage as well and was involved in an accident as well, which cost us more out of pocket again to have that fixed before painting . This man thinks we are the scammers when obviously you can see on the pictures we took that that bumper is completely broken and not usable we live in Alabama and it is an 8hr drive to North Carolina. We want our money back at least for the bumper and if he wants the bumper back he needs to pay for the shipping not us for all the inconvenience and headache this business caused us . This man should not stay in business very unprofessional. Not wanting to make this right is alarming . Resolution Sought I would like this business to give us back the 350.00 for that pumper including the shipping and handling we had to pay . The hood was damaged as well but already at the paint shop getting fixed . We paid all together 1265.00. 350.00 for the bumper and 250.00 for shipping and handling. We would like to get reimbursed 600.00 because he was not honest to us at all and now doesn't even answer our calls or texts . I have a lot of pictures to provide if needed . Thank you
