This corporation has engaged in multiple actions that have caused significant financial harm to me. Specifically, I made two credit account deposits totaling $500.00 on October 12, 2022, and November 22, 2022. Subsequently, I experienced a negative health impact due to staying at a hotel with poor air quality, resulting in a two-week illness. In response, I filed a dispute with the corporation on December 19, 2022. Unfortunately, on February 27, 2023, my dispute was denied, and I received documents from the merchant that disclosed my mobile phone model and operating system without my consent, which served as the basis for the denial. Furthermore, the billing information on the documents was incorrect, and I promptly informed the corporation of these factual discrepancies while filing another dispute. Regrettably, on February 28, 2023, the appeal was denied, and the corporation imposed additional interest charges. Compounding the issue, I was not informed that the corporation would be ceasing operations on June 2, 2022. As a result, my funds were unlawfully taken away from me. Moreover, for a duration of eight months, my credit reports inaccurately reflected the status of the account.
Resolution Sought
I desire to receive compensation from this corporation for the aforementioned violations, along with a sincere apology.
