I have been renting a car for 3 months with this company this is my sole credit card I am currently smack dab in the middle of a credit card contract with Avis rental car using their credit card I was just notified this morning on the day of my renewal that I cannot pay my bill because they will not allow the transaction to go through because the company has decided to stop car rentals smack dab in the middle of my contract customer service is refusing to give me a reason or help me in any way. We have received no email or any notification whatsoever that this was going to take place they even allowed me to renew my contract 4 days ago... Their website is still advertising the service as well Resolution Sought I would like a supervisor to contact me immediately by phone. They need to unlock my card .
